Louis Yi

Louis Yi has more than 10 years of professional experience in five-star hotel pastry kitchens. Before taking up his new role, he served as Pastry Head Chef at Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing Beijing, focusing on high-end pastry kitchen operation and management. He began his career at InterContinental Foshan, and has worked at a number of ultra-luxury hotels such as Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, Park Hyatt Shenzhen, Rosewood Guangzhou and Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen. He participated in the pre-opening preparation of Park Hyatt Shenzhen and Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen. He is proficient in the overall establishment, team management and quality control of high-end pastry kitchens, and has an in-depth grasp of the operational mode of pastry sections in top luxury hotels.
